We only partner with industry-standard, fully compliant ad networks (Google AdMob). We do NOT use shady third-party brokers or untrusted tracking SDKs.
Ad Identifier Disclosure
Our declaration to Apple regarding Advertising Identifiers (IDFA) applies solely to free-tier users to display rewarded ads and support free access.
Apple App Store Data Disclosure Statement
To maintain full transparency with Apple and our global user base, we disclose data practices accurately in App Store Connect:
• For Free Users: We utilize Google AdMob to deliver rewarded ads that grant temporary free connection slots. AdMob may request device advertising identifiers (IDFA) in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.
• For Paid Users: Premium subscribers enjoy a completely ad-free experience. No advertising SDKs or identifiers are active for paid accounts.
Terms of Use (EULA) & Subscription Terms
ShadowX VPN is an iOS-exclusive application. By downloading or subscribing to ShadowX VPN, you agree to comply with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and auto-renewable subscription terms:
- Apple Standard EULA: Your use of ShadowX VPN is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.
- Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Subscription payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal Fee: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle at the rate of the selected plan.
- Manage & Cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions anytime by going to your App Store Account Settings after purchase.
